Hydropower is the state's largest industrial user of piping: Subansiri Lower (NHPC) on the Assam border, Kameng, Pare and Ranganadi (NEEPCO) and the Dibang Multipurpose Project. Their cooling-water, drainage, compressed-air and oil systems use standard carbon-steel and stainless flanges, with large-bore flanges on water headers. Water-supply schemes, hospitals, public buildings and border roads account for most other orders.

Demand in Tawang comes from water supply, public buildings and defence and border infrastructure, at high altitude with cold winters. The route climbs over Sela Pass, now bypassed by the Sela Tunnel, so plan winter deliveries around the weather. ASME B16.5 ratings start at -29 °C; where an exposed line's design metal temperature can fall below that, specify impact-tested A350 LF2 instead of A105.

Ziro, headquarters of Lower Subansiri district, sits near the Ranganadi project's dam at Yazali. Requirements are mostly water supply and building services plus maintenance spares for hydro auxiliaries - typically carbon-steel slip-on, weld neck and blind flanges in standard sizes.

Pasighat, headquarters of East Siang district on the Siang river, buys flanges mainly for water supply, public buildings and institutions. Large hydro on the Siang is still at the proposal stage, so current demand is scheme-based: standard carbon-steel and galvanised flanges in PN10/PN16 or Class 150.

Consignments move by road via Guwahati. Crews from outside the state need an Inner Line Permit, which our transporters arrange ; district towns add distance and, in the monsoon, landslide risk - give us your latest acceptable date and we plan backwards from it.
